Copyright notices (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3))
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorized to act for the owner).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its page address, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notices (17 U.S.C. §512(g))
If material you provided was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where the service provider may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
Designated agent
A registered DMCA designated agent has not been verified for this website. Until one is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, send notices to the contact email above.
